This first set of pictures is from Bamburg. The first picture is of Helga, our hostess in Obermichelbach. Obviously, I was fascinated by the cathedral and by some of the art inside it. I was also interested in the artwork on the outside of some of the buildings.
This next set of pictures is a mixture--first we have pics of Paul, Helga, and Gregor in the stands at the Bayern Munich - Hansa Rostock match. The we have 5 pics I stole from Paul's camera (well, with his permission. Great portraits, Paul!)
Then we have a few pictures I took at the Franconia Frielandmuseum--there are several museums like this around Germany--in which they disassemble old buildings, move them to a new site, and re-assemble them. And finally, we have a selection of pictures in Nuremburg (the ones whose filenames begin "nb")--including the beginnings of a peace rally in front of the Cathedral--and in and around Obermichelbach. That's Gregor's cat Yosschy and his neighbor pal Thomas showing up in some of those pictures.
